1. Who we are

This website, ez.works, is run by two companies in the EZ group. "EZ", "we" and "us" mean both:

  • ArabEasy LLC, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, UAE (including its Saudi Arabia branch). Registered office: 10, Level 1, Sharjah Media City, P.O. Box 515000, Sharjah, UAE.
  • EZ Lab Private Limited, India. Registered office: Unit-2, 3, 4, 4A & 5, Level-5, Imperia Mindspace, Sector-62, Gurugram, Haryana-122102, India.

The two companies are joint controllers of personal data collected through the website. You can use your rights against either, most simply through support@ez.works, which answers for both.

2. What we collect

  • When you send a brief or message (the "Send a brief" form, the contact page, or a booked call): your name, work email and what you write. Please do not include confidential client information, passwords or sensitive data; ask us for a secure way to share documents.
  • Automatically: server logs (IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser and device type) and simple spam-protection signals (a hidden field people never see, how long the form took, how often an IP address submitted it).
  • Business contacts we approach. EZ contacts people at businesses that may need its services, by LinkedIn, email or phone. We may hold a name, business email, job title, employer and public professional profile, taken from LinkedIn, company websites, events, introductions and business data providers. Every message gives you a clear way to stop, and the first message links to this section. Where your country's law requires consent before marketing, we ask or do not send. We do not send marketing by WhatsApp unless you contacted us first or opted in. You can ask where we got your details, and ask us to delete them, at support@ez.works.

We do not collect payment details on the website, run analytics or advertising trackers, or build visitor profiles.

3. Why we use it

4. Who we share it with

  • EZ's own teams and the experts doing your work (staff and vetted freelancers in the UAE, India and other countries, all bound by confidentiality).
  • Service providers for website hosting and delivery, and for storing and emailing us your briefs.
  • Advisers (lawyers, auditors, insurers) under confidentiality, and authorities where the law requires.
  • A buyer or investor, if EZ or part of it is sold, on the same protections.

We do not sell personal data.

5. Moving data across borders

EZ works across the Middle East, Europe, India and, from 2027, the US. Data moves between the UAE, Saudi Arabia and India, and our providers may handle it in other countries. Before data leaves your region we put in place the safeguard your law requires, normally approved contract terms (for example the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). Ask us for a copy.

6. Cookies and outside services

The website has no analytics or advertising tools. Some content on the website, such as fonts and embedded social media content, is supplied by third-party services and loads automatically when a page opens, before you make any choice. These services may receive your IP address and device details and may set their own cookies, under their own policies. We do not control them. Links to social networks and messaging apps do nothing until you click. Details are in our Cookie Policy. If we add analytics or advertising, we will ask for consent first where the law requires.

7. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries and business outreach contacts: 24 months after our last contact, longer if you become a client. If you opt out, we keep a minimal record of that to honour it.
  • Server logs: 90 days. Spam-protection signals: 30 days.
  • Privacy requests: as long as needed to show we handled them.

8. How we protect it

EZ is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 for information security. We limit access to those who need it, use HTTPS, and have breach procedures, including telling you and the regulator where the law requires.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct or delete your data; restrict or stop its use (including marketing); object or withdraw consent; receive it in portable form; and complain to your regulator (for example the UAE Data Office, Saudi SDAIA, the Data Protection Board of India, or your national authority in the EU/UK). US state residents can also ask what we collect and ask us not to sell it; we do not sell it.

Email support@ez.works. We may need to check who you are, and reply within 30 days or sooner if the law requires.

10. Children

The website is for business users aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect data from children; tell us and we will delete it.

11. Changes and contact

We update this policy when needed; the date above shows the latest version. Questions, requests or complaints (including from India): support@ez.works. We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.
