1. Who we are

This website is run by ArabEasy LLC (Sharjah Media City Free Zone, UAE, including its Saudi Arabia branch; registered office 10, Level 1, Sharjah Media City, P.O. Box 515000, Sharjah, UAE) and EZ Lab Private Limited (India; registered office Unit-2, 3, 4, 4A & 5, Level-5, Imperia Mindspace, Sector-62, Gurugram, Haryana-122102, India). "EZ", "we" and "us" mean both, and each is responsible only for the services it provides.

2. Using the website

  • By using the website you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
  • Use it only lawfully and for business purposes, if you are 18 or over and can make a contract in your country. Do not send spam or unlawful, abusive or harmful content, introduce viruses, try to gain unauthorised access, or attack the site. We may block access if you break these rules.
  • We may change or suspend the website at any time, and are not liable if it is unavailable.

3. What the website is

  • It is an information and contact tool, and nothing on it is an offer. A quote is not binding until accepted under the applicable agreement.
  • Services are provided under a separate agreement: the order, quote, master agreement or service terms between you and the EZ company serving you. If they conflict with these terms, they prevail for the services. Sections 6 and 7 below are the default terms for any order not covered by a signed agreement or other service terms.
  • Website content is general information, not legal, financial, tax or other professional advice.

4. Briefs and messages

Information you send must be accurate, and you must have the right to share it. We keep it confidential. We use it to respond to you, to quote and, if you go ahead, to deliver the work, and also to keep records, run the website securely and meet legal duties. We share it only with people bound by confidentiality who need it (our group companies, the experts doing the work, our service providers and advisers), or where the law requires. We do not publish it or use it for marketing. How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.

Website content (text, designs, images, logos, software) belongs to us or our licensors. "EZ" and our other names and logos are our trademarks. You may view and print extracts for your own business use, but not copy, republish, sell or build a database from them without our written permission. You may link to our public pages if you do not suggest we endorse you. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we do not control or endorse them.

6. Cancellation and refunds

These rules apply to services you order from EZ, unless your agreement says otherwise.

  • Before you approve the scope of work: you can cancel at no charge.
  • After you approve the scope, before the work is complete: you may be eligible for a partial refund in proportion to the work completed, measured against the agreed scope (for example the share of agreed deliverables or hours). We tell you the amount after assessing the completed work, case by case.
  • After delivery: you can request a revision within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. If, after revisions, quality is still unsatisfactory, you may be eligible for a refund of 0% to 100% of the fee paid for that service, by mutual agreement, case by case.
  • Prepaid credits are handled under the terms of your agreement.

7. Payments

Services are charged as set out in your quote or agreement. Online payments go through a secure third-party provider. Bank transfers must be paid into the account we name in writing. Prices exclude taxes such as VAT unless stated.

8. Disclaimers and liability

  • To the fullest extent the law allows, the website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Figures, examples and claims on it are descriptive, not a guarantee of results; any guarantees are in your agreement for services. This does not affect the commitments in that agreement.
  • To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, from your use of the website.
  • Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury, fraud, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

9. General

  • We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it.
  • Notices to us: support@ez.works (an email is treated as received 24 hours after sending). For formal legal notices you may also write to the registered office in section 1.
  • If a provision is invalid, the rest stays in force. These terms are written in English, and if translated the English version prevails. Nothing removes a right your local law says cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, and the courts of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction.
