ArabEasy LLC was founded in the year 2017 in the U.A.E as an Arabic translation service provider company. Joy Sharma, the Founder, and CEO, while working as a consultant at McKinsey and Company, saw a glaring absence of top-notch business support services providers that catered to not just big multinational companies but government agencies alike. He recognized this as an opportunity to build a company that filled that void. Over the short time since then, it has metamorphosed into an international company that is expanding Globally. ArabEasy boasts of having a wide network of service experts spread across the globe that gives it an upper hand in the services that it provides. Having this multinational network of people helps us provide services in all time zones faster than the fastest as our experts understand the context of that particular region.
Furthermore, from providing translation services in just Arabic, ArabEasy has graduated to provide a wide spectrum of Business Support Services in all major languages, and these services are not restricted to just translation alone now. In fact, our services now include Presentation Design, Graphic Design, Audio-Visual Production, Research & Analytics as well as Data Processing. We packaged all our services to provide a suite of business support services called EZ. It won't be an exaggeration to say that in the three years since its inception, ArabEasy has tapped well into the market of business services providers.
The name ArabEasy found a resonance with the region of the Middle East and gave us visibility among the organizations operating in this region. We established a strong foothold here and gained our client's trust, which is why we ArabEasy was exclusively operating in the Middle East. As for the rest of the world, we created EZ as a recognizable brand.
On the other hand, EZ Lab Private Limited is an entity based out of India which is also the Operations and Innovation Hub for ArabEasy. It is responsible for all the technological research and development that we are doing, along with our entire operations. It was carefully decided to have this Operations and Innovations Hub in India, while ArabEasy’s head office is in the U.A.E because India is well recognized as a hotbed of technological talent. Its main intention is to integrate the use of Artificial Intelligence in the field of business support services that we provide. From developing our own CAT tool to extensive research in Machine Translation, EZ Lab is at the forefront of technological development and innovation in its respective field. And though EZ Lab is a sister concern of ArabEasy, it operates as an independent entity, which works on technological innovation not just for ArabEasy, but the industry in general. You may remember it like this - ArabEasy, EZ Lab, and EZ Works are three superheroes with different superpowers, living in different cities, with more or less the same origin story, but saving the world together!
